With the Tormek stone grader SP 650 you can adjust the sharpening characteristics of the original Tormek sharpening stone, but also of the Blackstone Silicon. One side of the grading stone is grit 220, the other side grit 1000. The fine side of the stone grader is intended for fine sharpening. The coarse side is used to maintain the sharpening stone and reactivate the grain size to 220 for more effective and rougher sharpening.
