Carbide Pro hollowing tool

The Carbide Pro hollowing tool is a true all-round hollowing tool. With its 16 mm shank, it can go through most small openings. At the tip is a small 6 mm carbide cutter. The advantage of this small cutter is that when it bites into the wood, you can correct the chisel without too much force. With a larger cutter, it is more likely to pull itself through the wood. Another advantage of a carbide cutter is that they work well on end grain wood! The length of the chisel is 56 cm, long enough to hollow out a vase with it. The handle is lined with Softex, this fits comfortably in the hand, you can work for hours. A curved tip is also available, so you can also work under a shoulder. This is easy to change with the socket screws and supplied spanner.

Tip:

When the cutter becomes blunt, you can loosen the torx screw slightly and rotate the cutter, this way you can make longer use of your cutter.
