KJ 140

KJ 140 is a grinding attachment from Tormek made to be used on all Tormek grinders such as the Tormek T4 and the Tormek T8. But of course, it also works on Koch grinders.

This sharpening attachment is for sharpening long knives such as fillet knives, for example.

For the Tormek, there are 3 different attachments for sharpening knives. The KJ 140, the KJ 45 and the SVM 00.

CBN

For sharpening knives, it is best to use a stone with a very fine grain. Therefore, take a look at the CBN wheels with a grain of 500!
