Use

Use the Mega 2 in a horizontal position. When you push the blade against the wood, the chisel will cut. The chip limiter ensures that the chisel will not bite. The chip limiter is easy to adjust, but when used in wet wood, don’t set it too coarse. It can then clog. The head can be set in many positions, so you can also work well “under a shoulder”. But if you don’t have to, put the cutter straight in front of the bar. Then the chisel is easiest to handle. If you go deep into the wood, the Toolgate is a handy tool that ensures your chisel is supported in the workpiece.
