Velcro backing pad
This backing pad holds all sanding and polishing materials with a velor backing excellently. The disc has a diameter of 125 mm and can rotate at a maximum of 8500 revolutions. I use this disc in an angle drill to sand with the Hermes longlife sandpaper. I made the diameter of the disk slightly smaller for this. The disc has a layer of 10 mm semi-soft material between the disc and the sandpaper. (the red part) The disc is supplied with a 10 mm tenon shaft. The shaft is mounted in the disc with an M14 thread.
