lemon oil
Lemon oil is a thin, well-penetrating oil that protects the wood and hardly discolors.
Lemon oil is very thin because it contains few solids. So it will not build up until there is a thick layer ON the wood. The oil is absorbed into the wood and makes it water resistant. You apply it with a brush or cloth and give it some time to absorb into the wood. It leaves a satin-like low shine. Lemon oil smells nice of lemons, don't let that distract you, it is not suitable for consumption.
Drying time
approximately 2 hours under normal conditions.
consumption
about 6-8 m² per liter. do not use sealers with this product. You can put some laundry on top.
Dilute?
White Spirit or turpentine or turpentine (but that is never actually necessary)
safety
Cloths used to apply this lemon oil should be spread out to dry.
