Crown Scraper 2565W

A heavy scraper, executed in Sheffield M2 HSS steel. The chisel is 25 mm wide and no less than 13 mm thick.  The handle is 35.4 cm long. Because of the thickness of this scraper a “negative rake” can be sharpened so that the chisel can be used right in the wood on the center line. The chisel has a rounded nose and is therefore extremely suitable for getting the last ridges out of your rotating work, for example from the inside of a bowl… There is also a broader version of this chisel, click here.
