This Woodcut 19 mm bowl gouge I use to finish the inside bottom of my bowls. The HSS point of this gouge is interchangeable. The advantage of this is that the rest of the stem is massive. Because of this, and by the chosen steel type, you have less vibrations when turning far over the tool rest. I use this gouge especially if I have to turn far over the tool rest. Such as in doing the finish cut on the inside bottom of a bowl. This gouge comes without handle.
