Twister FU 180 Lathe
The Twister FU 180. The bed, headstock, and tailstock are made of cast iron, making the Twister FU 180 a stable lathe. The headstock is both rotatable and movable, allowing for the turning of larger diameters beyond the bed. An optional bed extension/outboard turning attachment is available. This outboard turning attachment is typically mounted on the legs of the lathe.
The lathe can rotate both forward and in reverse. Additionally, it features a magnetic remote control, eliminating the need to reach over to adjust the speed. The lathe also includes an indexing system with 24 locking positions for the spindle. It is recommended to provide a heavy and rigid base for this lathe.
