Quick Click tenon marker
The Quick Click tenon pin has been specially developed for use with Quick Click sanding pads and has a 10mm hexagonal shaft that you can attach to any drill. You can quickly and easily click the sanding pads into the holder, which remains firmly in place thanks to the magnetic head. This way you can quickly change a sanding pad instead of changing the sandpaper on the Velcro. We have the holder in 2 sizes. The standard size is 6.5 cm, and the long one is 20 cm, which is very useful for hollow forms and hard-to-reach places. The advantage of sanding with sanding pads such as the Pro Sander is that the sanding marks are kept to a minimum by the rotating movement . This is much faster with powered sanding pads. We now also have the Quick Click sanding kit. You get 6 sanding pads with 6 different grits. This means you no longer have to change sandpaper, but you can change the head quickly and easily.
Usage
You can give the sanding pads any desired grit. Click this into the tenon stylus and you can start. Simple. However, make sure that you do not apply pressure while sanding and that the revolutions do not exceed 1500 RPM. The friction causes heat to develop, which can cause the Velcro hooks to melt.
Note
The sanding pads of the Pro Sander are not interchangeable with the Quick Click sanding pads. The tenon is formd differently. But the replacement neoprene pads and the extra soft pads can be interchanged.
