Venetian olive has a huge palette of colours and lines in it and is easy to work with. Don't let the name fool you, these trees are in Corfu, Greece. Corfu used to be occupied by Venice. By pruning the trees, olive production is coming back up. So Venetian Olive is actually pruning waste. Some trees are the centuries old, fortunately these trees are allowed to continue growing and so are not uprooted.
