Forstner drill with Tungsten Carbide tips (Ø from 12 till 80 mm)
Forstner drills TCT
This Forstner drill has carbide tips. The centering point and the knives on the side of the drill are made of Tungsten Carbide. Because the teeth are so hard, these drills last an extremely long time. The teeth can be sharpened with a diamond file if necessary. Large diameters are also available. Large diameters (from 60 mm) can be used in drill presses and lathes with high torque (motor power of at least 1 KW). Larger diameters are difficult to drill freehand...
Dimensions
The drills with a diameter up to mm have a mounting of 8 mm and a length of 85 mm. The drills with a larger diameter have a mounting of mm and a length of 88. For the drills with a mounting of 10 mm, an extension available available.
