This dust hood comes with a cleverly hinged arm so it can be mounted on almost any lathe. The articulated arm is made of metal. Dust extraction is important to be able to work pleasantly and healthily. This dust hood is equipped with a large 405 x 320 mm hood that tapers and has a connection for a 100 mm hose. The extraction must have a minimum flow rate of 1000 m³/h to work properly. (connecting the home vacuum cleaner to it therefore makes no sense, the hood is too large for that). Because you can always place it exactly where you need it with a few handles, it will not get in the way and will extract well over a wide area of your lathe.
